I have found Zillow to be inaccurate, outdated and have unresponsive and apathetic staff giving non-answers to questions.

Eric Michaels I think you'd be surprised (and/or horrified) at how much outdated and unrealistic info is out there for people who are just getting started.

And it sounds like it's outdated as well.

Hated dealing with all the permits/payoffs and out dated codes, so I moved the business 100 miles west.

i figure electrical is going to be out dated. so  I am wondering  as long as it is working and safe  and fit the code that was in place last time it was done, will I be OK, or will I have to redo  the electric, plumbing and mechanical to get past inspections to get an occupancy permit since it is classed as commercial?

I just pulled out an outdated furnace and replaced it with a brand new (in the box) 100kbtu 80 percent gas furnace.

I'll look at the remarks and photos for things such as outdated kitchens etc.
