Can someone help orient me?

I would consider myself a very goal-oriented person, and while I enjoy the work I do, my next goal is to acquire enough wealth-generating assets to offset my expenses in an effort to become financially independent from my career.

I am a very determined, goal oriented person that is ready to make the leap into this space.

And honestly, I like people with more rugged pasts.

I've always thought Facebook was oriented to "joining" groups and people would get irritated if you randomly plopped real estate ads. 

And happy to see fellow economists are making people more quant oriented. 

Hey Chelsea, It seems if finance and numbers are your forte, that you are good at, and like detail-oriented things?

As far as specific areas, Clovis is "divided" into 4 sectors (north/south/east/west oriented).

That being said, being a long distance investor, I am looking to put together some great investment oriented people to assist in developing an investment portfolio of lower end SFR's and or Small MF props in Alabama, South Carolina, or Cleveland and am in need of a (1) real estate agent and (2) service provider/contractor for the venture.
