Why do you ask BP for advice on sending letters (i.e. interacting genuinely with other humans).

There's nothing "wimpy" about being genuine.  

It feels like I'm being "talked down to" by someone who thinks I'm too dumb to figure out that it's not a genuine handwritten letter.

I've had folks like Darren Hardy, Gary Vaynerchuck and Jack Canfield on my show, so that should give you an idea of the caliber of guests I speak with.As I got to know Tom, I realized that besides being an overall great guy, he actually "cares" about what he does (he genuinely LOVES Wholesaling) and especially about the people he works with.

There are genuine no good very bad ********s out here that will almost certainly not come back before breaking you.

I'm sorry that you have had such a rough experience, but I want to genuinely thank you for sharing.Literally the last post I made here was talking about how I am currently studying other markets as I plan to start investing out of state by the end of the year.

Find a way to add value, genuinely connect and if nothing else - follow up! 

Once I did, I found that the tenants are genuinely nice people, so I stressed out about how to tell them I had to up the rent.
