If they get their way they could also try to strong arm investors into adding solar to all of their units and if they refuse they deem the property as "environmentally hazardous".

Environmental Protection Agency standards.The lawsuit was filed Monday in Lucas County Common Pleas Court.The city has agreed to not enforce the lead paint ordinance until Aug. 1 after the original deadline to get certified and register properties with the Lucas County auditor was June 30.

Secondly, out of state investors come into Baltimore thinking they know everything there is too know, and then get screwed cause inspectors and buyers don't play by the rules(who ever knew there'd be ground rents, environmental citations, and a 3% seller subsidy).

I grew up just outside Philadelphia, studied Civil & Environmental Engineering at the University of Pittsburgh, and have been working in Baltimore ever since.I am new to the BP forums, but have been listening to the podcasts and doing some preliminary research for the last year or so.

Most are obvious why they haven't sold (steep slop, water/environmental issues, power lines) but occasionally I find one that would work with these new assumptions.
