A couple of months ago I found this company, pretty awesome company, they provide you with cold calling real estate experts reps with no hourly payment at all, good american english and at the same time you pay around $0.15 or less per skiptraced lead, they are the lowest in the market, id been killing myself trying to find something like this, the best thing is that they do a high quality because they use those numbers to get leads and thats how they make money, so basically they will always provide you with a high quality skiptracing service.

My operating company is called Shepherd Premier Senior Living and we currently have 5 locations with 70 beds. 

So I did my first direct mail campaign and it mailed out yesterday,  The area I targeted has a good number of Spanish speaking people so I did the postcard in English and Spanish using google translator.  

So here are my discussion questions:What works when your target areas or mailing list may contain people who do not speak English or would prefer to speak/read Spanish?

So now I'm looking for an 800 number and answering service provider.Short money and has good customer services / call handling people who are easy to understand and have English as their primary language.

So many have fallen into this trap and that is why Spanish banks have had a record number of English people just handing back the keys and walking away.

For someone who is busy with good career and family coemmitments and is not local, this is a really good fit.I also own a house in Bartlett that is also managed by Premier and think it is a good , steady ling term investment.
