If this was my property, I would re-gravel the driveway grading it away from the house and put a French drain between the side of the driveway and the neighbors house.

@Stephen McCrackenCouple of things1) This may be bank specific but both Chase and Navy Federal Credit Union told me that if I used a conventional loan on a home, I'd have to occupy it for at least a year if I was to use their traditional fixed mortgage.2) Consider looking 30 minutes out if the prices are too high if you're going the MLS / realtor route 3) Good idea using direct mail and cold calling to find off market deals.If you need help with number 3) feel free to reach out.

Total one hundred % scam BP parabas is a French bank.. your money goes off shore and say good bydeal with someone local that you can verify through title company as a known lender.

I've also been to Capitol Hill, Dupont/Logan Circle area and the Navy Yard but I assumed that those areas would be way too expensive for me to bother looking at.
