I have only been able to attend the InvestClub for Women (men are welcome too and do attend) so far but have heard good things about many others too.

It seems to me guys typically look at their home purchases as more of an investment, while women look at it as more of a place to live and raise a family.

You would have to be closing over 5 houses a day in residential plus just the overhead would eat most of your returns alive.Here is some more info for a commercial group for women.
