you will not find anyone who will publish a list because the laws are constantly changing.

You must wait the period of time to have the articles of organization published, however.

To find good tenants I use Craigslist to advertise the unit where I publish my rental criteria directly on the ad.

One thing to keep in mind regarding rent rates is that they sometimes include utilities so that they have a total housing cost. ie, assuming you add utilities as something the tenant has to pay, what section 8 would actually pay you would/could be less than published amounts.

Local Building codes, and amendments to the published codes take precedent.
