Okay so it seems like I can't deny them for:-marital status -sexual orientation -gender identity -age-participation in section 8So could I now write a clause in the application saying if they don't pass my guidelines I could deny them, and then have them listed?

What I wanted to ask, is what should I specifically be looking for as I analyze these that is more investor (Flip and/or BRRR/Rental) oriented than when I analyze for my friends and family that are buying/selling their personal residences??
