Wholesellers are definitely muddying the water in my neck of the woods.

Plus it is just so easy to go to work five days a week 9-5, but lets be honest with breaks, lunch, talking over the water cooler, texting, leaving just 20 min early ect that 40 hr work week gets necked down to sub 30 real quick. the rest of your time you can enjoy doing what you like, going out on a boat, drinking beer, watching The Voice, reading your mystery novels.

When you fail you lose everything.You presently own a liability, your personal home, and unless you have equity in it that you can draw on it is a albatross around your investing neck. 

My first major "AHA" moment was when I realized this site is a sea of other like-minded individuals with a wide range of experiences to draw from.My second major "AHA" moment was connecting with some of these folks in my own neck of the woods (Louisville) which probably would have never happened if it weren't for identifying mutual interests through this site.Cheers to BP for bringing us all together!

You need the politicians on board because it will require a variance of some sort (because no bureaucrat is going to stick their neck out on something like this) and then the code guys on board because they have no clue how to inspect something they didn't have the chance to see every piece put together.

In my neck of the woods the Marshall's Service handles all the notices for dispossessories (our version of evictions), including the first notice that the landlord has filed against the tenant for some reason; either failure to pay rent (the most common) or a breach of the lease.Each of the servings of notices are online under Marshall's Services, both under the applicants name and the person filing against them.
