Hi Everyone,I am currently saving with the mind frame of doing a flip to finance a buy and hold and pay off my debt and then continue on with flips and buy and holds after my debt is paid.But..In a recent personal finance audio book I have been listening to (The total money makeover) it is suggested that the first step is to get out of debt.

Remember that the only purpose of the book is strategic.

My thoughts on this are that having a business plan or pitch book is reasonable.

Read the book on rental property investing by @Brandon Turner I think that is the title anyway.. that book is what got me started and it did right by me thats for sure. well written book that is packed full of info you cant invest without. god luck
