Another aspect is that bringing to surface those members that might have done something sideways, there also needs to be a way for them to defend themselves, there are always two side to a story, so I'd wouldn't want to judge someone from just one side.OTH, you have some members that may have questionable practices that appear to put other members at risk, especially newbies.
