If something were to happen to me and a payment got missed or they decided to call the loan, this juicy low LTV performing property would be scarfed up by the lender like that (finger snap).Using a 6-decade long family property as an ATM to pay fed taxes by giving a lender a 20-40% LTV lien on your property has a lot of risk IMO.

Hope to feel out the current tenants who seem alright so far (fingers-crossed) and slowly make improvements until tenancies end in a pandemic-free environment so I can upgrade the units with a cosmetic overhaul and then bring in the refi appraiser.
