I also qualified in a number of other professions with degrees, post graduate diplomas and experience - such as an Urban and Regional Planning (Masters Degree), Financial Planner, Securities Dealer, Real Estate Broker, Mortgage Broker, College Lecturer and Teacher in Economics - and few other things not especially relevant.

i always assume that these "teachers" and "experts" in real estate, trading, whatever business it is, are total scam artists in that they dont teach you much of anything that you cant read on heretotally pointless and waste of cash. this forum however, is worth millions to me easily

Also, the experience you gain can be the best teacher so don't sit on the sidelines trying to learn something because in my opinion, you will never be prepared enough to become an expert in something unless if you have that experience!
