I tried looking up online but tired of tons of details to fill and then tons of spam calls on phone...what do you suggest about the best way to find trustworthy agent or good insurance company. or if you can refer anyone I can dm you.

Again, permit costs in some areas leaves me in sticker shock when I see what others are paying.Some of the items are sort of in line with what we see but others are high enough to make me want to drive up to your area and start tackling work like this. 

I have dabbled in almost all areas of construction and time permitting (I work full time) could tackle almost any remodel task I believe.

The flipper who is probably experienced to a certain degree didn't tackle it for 1 of 2 reasons:1.

If you are confident in your numbers I'd see if the sellers have any flexibility and spam offers to the ones that work. 

I would recommend that if you do decide to tackle it, definitely use a company with experience in this area.

I'll probably start going to networking events and look forward to learning new things and possibly working with others in my area to tackle bigger opportunities in the future.
