Reasonable belief of purchase for investment.

I am not sure how religious outdoor smokers will be about staying outdoors in the depths of wintertime.

I think many people are coming around to that belief now.

Likewise, you may not want to invest where the local stability and commercial (space) economy is dominated by a single religious offering.

There are plenty of unscrupulous people in all religious communities.

This is my belief.  

I am not a religious person, but I have a great deal of faith in REI and the determination to succeed no matter what.  

My personal belief is we have more growth yet to be seen before we see a downward shift.
