"Tax assessment appeals persist in Baltimore" by Natalie Sherman Feb 5, 2015The way I read it, it seems that because there are so many rentals and distressed sales and the tax rate is crazy high there are more and more tax assessment appeals in Baltimore City, more than the rest of Maryland.Any thoughts?

For example, in Miramar choose a subdivision like Silver Lakes or Monarch Lakes and learn about each recent sale, what is on the market and where are the pending LIS or Foreclosures. 4) Be persistent, and do not quit. 5) Communicate with as many people in real estate as you can.
