It is great but the storage is not in the cloud.

There are plenty of PE firms which own assets and own the serving company as well and then generally creates clouds of confusion.

They have a cloud based management system and it’s extremely affordable.

This is a personal judgment call and it often clouds the financial call.In commercial if the numbers are strong that means the product is still in demand.

What if the tenant is in violation of the lease and you need to evict, you may have a real issue when it comes time to evict.Keep it clean and don't let that carrot/hook cloud your vision when it comes to collecting all the rent up front.
