Obviously players at your scale are in a different boat than many on BP, but when I see people posting about how they want to pull money out of their IRAs and 401(k)s to invest it in their real estate plans, I do worry for them.My real estate goals are modest, and easily achievable using the approach I am using, while managing for risk.  

The PM I am using is responsive by phone 7 days a week, but I am unsure about their responsiveness to text and email inquires. 

I am using QB online service now.  

Currently, I am using PriceLabs, and have it integrated with AirBnb.

An amusing but interesting takeaway: what can you do with a house that is unappealing to the public because it was a site of a tragedy and is rumored to be "haunted" (yes, some people still believe in that...)?
