Is the property a Co-op. or condo?

I have a co-signer but with this FHA loan im getting, i need all these requirements that will take me months to meet and im worried i will miss out on the deal.

I would live in a shack on the south side of shade before I dealt with a co that required me to overnight money.

If your credit is really bad though, you might need a co-signer for the HELOC.

None of the municipalities I have worked in (Dupage County) have required a CO to sell a property.A CO will be likely be required when you pull permits.

I think wholesalers should just leave the price at it is and let the buyer make an offer with the same price the original investor who has it under contract..all deals are negotiable...Then work out a co-wholesale deal!!
