If the LLC is not sufficiently independent and fully established with all the trimmings, a court could potentially "pierce the corporate veil" and hold individual members personally liable, despite Texas´s rather tough rules on the issue of piercing.

We removed the cabinet trim and hardware, sanded everything down with an electric hand sander and handheld sandpaper/blocks.

They even ran 220 up to the 2nd floor with a 3 wire then split it to run 2 different homeruns to the same circuit...scary stuff)-New oak staircase-New windows and trim, baseboard, crown moulding, etc.

Replaced the 36X48 single pane with 36X36 double insulated windowsThankfully the side and rear windows were already 36X36 so they were a simple swap but we replaced all the trim work on these

I do like not dealing with as many maintenance issues, Lanscaping, snow plowing and so on - but I also don’t want to be screamed at for touching up paint on the trim of an exterior door with a shade of white that was  not apparently  board approved.
