I am still flabbergasted at all the information right at my finger tips.

If the tenant cuts their fingers/toes off or they blow their back out pull starting the mower, you will get sued.

See Even when we screw up in this business we are still on track to doing better than 99.99% of the population because we are building wealth instead of sitting on the couch wishing , with our fingers crossed, that things will get better and life will pan out for us somehow .

But there are some interesting and eerie things going on in the national and international markets that suggests something bigger is going on that nobody can quite put their finger on. 

Fingers crossed on that but I am trying to prepare for the worst case.

I had a showing today that's promising so fingers crossed.

It may mean a little work but it will usually well worth the extra labor and that it is alot better than just crossing your fingers and hoping like the money in a Bank savings account or a bank issued CD is paid to you and how a Bank will make much more off of your money.
