Consider painting the window trim black as well but try it out on a digital platform first to make sure it doesn’t look off with the white window frame.

Unfortunately the place stinks like cat pee, and I would love to change out doors and trim to get rid of the odors and 1980's look. 

Put down an new piece of bathtub trim and/or caulk well.

Literally the only thing I did was caulk around the kitchen sink and trim some shrubs in the front.

We are going to sand the ceilings and refinish the floor so that all of the interior wood has a more natural look to it, and then apply clear coat to the flat surfaces, and a darker hickory stain to the trim. 

You can figure most basic things out like painting, trim, basic carpentry, vinyl flooring, landscaping, demo, tiling on youtube.

Since COVID started I have trimmed my RE holdings and moved funds to equities.

Minimal trim work needed and included. 

The dog scratched up our door and trim pretty badly.  

Okay here is a tip,,,LOTS of scrap tin,aluminum trim can be had for free if you look.
