I believe if you are doing a large volume of searches there is a price break but I only pull 15 a month max so I have never looked into those rates.Lastly, because of the sensitive information you will have access to they do require a application process and home office inspection.

Also do to the fact you are involved in a 1031 you could argue you were compelled to buy due to the tax sensitivity of that process. ( assessed value can not be determined from a compelled sale.)

He provided a Power of Attorney and my Attorney asked for additional supporting documentation and he refused to give it when you have a 6 year old Power of Attorney a Power of Attorney can be reversed or withdrawn so to protect the borrower and there and there sensitive information we asked for additional supporting documents so what does he do...Goes on a tirade and says slanderous statements and passing misinformation to mislead the consumers YOU.

but it's pulling teeth to actually see the contract and get it signed, "lawyer hasn't gotten it to him, oh sorry more health stuff, stupid lawyers didn't draft it right" and on top of that we're in two states and the property is in Texas and the property still has his sublet in place and they apparently pay just fine.Long story short has anyone had experience ending a relationship/contract like this and then just working with the renter?

I'm familiar with the head aches that can sometimes go with an investment purchase, and am definitely sensitive to that.
