For us west coast folks Tesla's work very well.. our gas prices are the highest in the country.. but our power at 10pm goes down to 4 cents a KW so for a full 200 KW fill up its 2 dollars and thats about 200 miles of range.. then throw in Tesla has their own insurance.. which is really cool it ties into your app on your car and monitors your driving and then scores you on your driving per month.. 0 is your a really bad driver 100 is your perfect the higher your score the lower your insurance that month. so for me and my wife we each have one the cost for insurance is 1/3rd of what we were paying with normal insurance.

For entry level investments I would stick to your own state which would be easily accessible plus you can build a local team ( attorney, PM, insurance agent, realtor, etc ) which you can lean on and monitor closely.

They are charging $100/month for the lease.They are setting it up for remote monitoring so that they come fill it when it gets down to 30%.We only have 1 gas fireplace and nothing else uses gas.Not sure how much this gets used in the winter.Too high?

You can also go to the County Recorders office - if you have time.Most Trustee companies have websites ( you have to register, but are free) with the upcoming auctions, and they have phone numbers you can call to get the latest info.Since it has been a big part of my business, I use a service I pay for, ForeclosureRadar - which has made it so much easier to monitor and keep organized the properties I am looking for.
