Be smart, do your homework, remember, the buck stops with you and flies out of your wallet not your real estate agent that will get upteen phone calls (leads) when they put their real estate sign in the front yard, kind of like hookers, no matter who the jon is, they will get laid, I mean paid!

Serge, if you have $1.0 Million plus (based the inquiry of 40% BPO bid), I suggest you find an experienced loan seller or broker or investor who has access to either loans or CFD and think about scaling your education down significantly to one or three assets so you can get an idea of what you don't know and learn a thing or two about the asset class(es) that you are interested in without starting your wallet on fire.

We added value to this deal by making the following cosmetic changes:- Repainted the entire unit- Updated all outlets and covers to be uniform (a few USB where applicable)- Updated all light switches to 'flat panel'- Updated kitchen cabinet and drawer hardware- New stove & range- New sink outlet- New kitchen ceiling fan- New toilet- Deep clean & high quality post/advertising to emphasize the value the condo has to offer What was the outcome?
