I picked fruit, swept floors in a packaging facility, sanded cars in a body shop, worked on car engines, build dune buggies, rebuilt VW engines, built oil drilling derricks, built bailers, compactors, and dumpsters, welded ornamental iron, remodeled and build houses, garages, and commercial buildings.

Derreck Wells because unless you are dealing with someone high up on the commercial lending side of a bank, the drive of your run-of-the-mill mortgage broker is very low- they are usually more focused on meeting their volume goals by snagging as much low hanging fruit as they can to get too worked up over someone they are going to have to compete over that is going to be more of a hassle to get through underwriting.

I designed ths cabinet myself and the carpenter just followed my drawings. the middle draw is for throwing trash the bottom draw can house the waste paper basket the upper draw is for shampoos soaps and other small storage items.

If only I knew then what I know now, I would insert more into my business plan that diversifies property holding by type, and seeing other methods of deriving income from RE that does not put all my "eggs" in one basket (BTW, this is what I am doing now).Hope this helps, have a good day!
