The prices are a much lower barrier to entrance than here in Vegas.

What if you knew neighborhood details too… We would pull to the entrance of the neighborhood and jot down some notes in the corner of the page ie “Eagle Point, 2 lights south of the Walmart on Kennedy.

Hello BP flippers and rehabbers,I am trying to work out some details for my grand entrance into becoming a flipper.Here is my tenative strategy:Buy a distressed REO.

I check the basements (outside entrances) for flooding, and change the furnace filter monthly.  

Step two is to take that total and break it up into a series of achievable Milestones.Step three is to lay out a plan, with numbers ($$$), that will produce a profile for the property that you will use over and over, to achieve these Milestones, one by one.Step Four, is to execute the plan, by going through each property to the next whereby the exit strategy for one property becomes a specific entrance strategy for the next.  

We assist in the whole process of real estate deals from entrance to exit if needed. 

I am interested in buying and holding with low money entrance being my focus.  

The property has a 3/1 block main house with a 1 car carport and a 2/1 block cottage house in the back yard with it's own carport and potential separate alley entrance. 

The back kitchen door was my private entrance but they changed those locks and there was a door separating my half of the house from the kitchen but they deadbolted that shut so I couldn’t get into the kitchen at all.
