problem with these areas is that even if your block or neighborhood isnt bad, the one right next door is garbage... and those people are at your prospective tenants schools, stores, doctors offices... stealing non stop etc...

The doctor in the ER suggested that he test for mold.I remembered that I'd been to a REIA meeting and heard about this mold tester in Home Depot.
