I have bought several books and courses, attended expensive seminars and boot camps run by "gurus." and even paid thousands on Mentoring.

@Jaden Adams I am firmly in the get a degree camp, and there are ways to do it without accruing $100k of debt.

I know it depends on the individual but I'm staunchly in the owner camp for the same reasons as @Bryan Otteson and @Theresa Worsham.I'm a non-confrontational person who hates conflict but, since my policies are fair and logical, I have no problem representing them as my own.

Well, put me in the camp of no longer accepting two year leases. 

I learned a new skill a couple of weeks ago, maybe I will start a summer camp for it.

I think I've learned as much or more from them this week than I did in the $1495 boot camp I went to and bought last weekend.
