Do I just forward the signed amendment to the lender and say, guess what, the price (and loan amount) is now lower?

I had an issue with my 2021 tax returns and my CPA had to get them amended to be fixed.

In any case, I know that the best laid plans go awry so I am expecting a million pivots and amendments to the above strategy... but that's what I'm shooting for as of now.

He filed 3 amended returns and I rec'd 2 big refund checks.

Plus an there was an amendment to our sales contract,  which the seller was appointed all responsibilities of making sure electric was up to code.

Later in the year, and before submitting any additional taxes, they filed an amended return with I assume the correct amount of income.  

Here's a link to the amended (as of 2013) Oklahoma broker relationship act.When you signed the listing agreement with your Realtor and Oklahoma licensee, you directed him/her to follow the act as an agent.  

Would this also be another option if its not too late to do an amendment.

If done properly, they should have sent you some sort of amendment to opt in. 

While reading it, I found a discrepency of $1000 which needed to be amended.
