Not in general, but it was down so much it was a no brainer, I bought a lot of Simon Property Group, Store Capital, Realty Income, and Federal Realty Trust back in March and the beginning of April. 3 of them are The blue-chips of retail REITs.

I agree with SImon, I would not work so hard to pay any of them off, rather, use the capital to invest in more cash producing assets that yiled greater than the cost of the borrowed money (known as arbitrage).In credit card scenarios, paying the highest interest rate first is typically better as minimum payments are much lower than standard mortgages, in the scenario presented here, paying the lowest payoff amount first would be the quickest way to free and clear, not that I would want to take that route.
