Honestly, all of the big ones behave in pretty much the same way, since they all embraced some iteration of the "deny, defend, delay" tactic.

I'd like to get to a point where I can hire these homeless men and women to help with demos on properties.

I'd love to meet regularly with women investors, so let's put this together.

I would be running a consignment/trip planning shop for other old women.

I know there are a lot of nice pre-built structures these day though, and the west coast seem to be embracing that idea more than some other areas.If you are on a city lot you'll probably already have public water and sewer- but be sure to find out if they are already ON the property or just available to the property.

To stereotype... guys are usually much more comfortable living in certain areas and not as nice properties than women.

FYI: I'm currently helping multiple active duty service men and women stationed in and around San Diego identify properties they can househack, and/or save some of their bah, while they create equity.
