Most of this stuff isn’t rocket science. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Of course, we are far from his only clients with real estate investments.

Prior to listening to that podcast I had a certain level of frustration because I don't find any of this to be rocket science but it's not like anything I've done in the past where I can just "go" ASAP.  

Seems with properties like this it's 50% science 50% art and just know the area very well by seeing lots of property.

Math, however, is a science.

I spend hundreds of dollars a year on Amazon on non-fiction books.

Seems to me the title company is making up a "legal fiction" as they go along.

There is an art and science to purchasing and operating real estate for income purposes.

I would say it's comparable to the level of most 101 science courses.

If you can't, you better take a hard look at what is fact and what is fiction when it comes to coaching programs.
