Why should the tenant be harmed? 

I have seen this play of course before but usually in a smaller number.. given this guys internet notoriety he has sold a ton of property and now here we are.. every point of the compass we have this feedback. its hard to determine if this is just Ineptitude or garden Variety greed.. but either way.. innocent newer investors are being Harmed in a big way.

I want my target reach to be families and business men that want a professional car and that way it will keep the car clean and from any harm listed on this forum you guys mentioned.

A party can allege economic harm or injury due to your actions or inaction and can civilly extinguish your assets.

It can harm you if you don't know how to use it or it can help you if you know what you're doing.

We agree that CR is a hidden gem and can't wait to take more friends and family down to explore this beautiful diverse country with the beach views and mountain and jungle views with a head turn and abundant wildlife and everything and everyone else is great too. 

They don't always realize what harm they are doing to their child.

If it can harm a human being, I am not going to do it.

But for a mom and pop investor, if they know what they are doing and want to save a few bucks I see no harm in it.
