I think someone said about being 1.4 m in debt at 31 but being 1.4 m richer at 46. good thought, but with rents and appreciation climbing that number may be close to 2.4 m and rents might even double.I am amazed of how many people are buying real estate.

This is my 1st of this type so part of the appeal is the learning curve I will climb.

I intend to win if the market continues to climb, to win if the market falls, and to win if it flattens out.

I really like the idea of a digital multi function shower tower for my personal residence .. but I’m afraid my tenants kids would hang on that abuse it or climb it like a climbing wall till the thing fell off resulting in big problems for me .

Steve we are all about performing notes.. just surpassed 1,500 notes in the last 5 years... and climbing had a record year this year and looking for better in 18. 

Also, I'm a great believer in someone climbing on the roof and giving you an assessment of the roof life--these are important items to me.Doesn't goggle maps or someone have satellite images of property and what's around them now?

As you collect rent the COC continues to climb.    

Without it, your climb to the top will be an unfulfilling ride, feeling empty once you made it. 

For borrowing rates to climb to 12% in the next five years, we will be going through massive inflation.
