Well It was my fault not really understanding enough but I feel I got charged way over what I should have payed for my first car from a dealer, I didn't have as much credit but now looking back two years ago I still feel I could have got a better deal. thats an example and I know it was my fault, I was just excited to get a car from a dealer that would build credit ( I traded my first car in but that one didn't build credit).

Three years later a mobile home dealer approached me and I sold him the park for $250,000 on a wrap mortgage with $50,000.With a steady monthly income I decided to go after my other passion and that was high end remodeling.

I spoke to a dealer in maryville who told me they would gladly put new homes on the lots and sell them from there(no cost to me) so I would ultimately end up with lot rents only, which sounded like a good way to go but, what does the industry assign percent wise as expense on lot rent only?

I betcha the same friends that invited him to weddings, child birthdays and family outings are going to be the 1st ones to loop up a rope for him.isn't like what they say about drug dealers, you get one, another shows up a second later.

i mean, if you can line up a car dealer, who's willing to lease it from you, you obviously can talk a good talk.
