Sometime the urgency, motivation, despair, etc trumps everything.  

All snuggles and cuddles but bring up the "green" and that can change faster than Trump can send out a tweet, particularly with all the challenges that arise AFTER the wedding. 

I don't care whether it's your mother's sterling silver, a condo in Trump Tower, your car or a real estate investment property - and that is totally negotiated  between 2 people.

Engineering is great, but having more freedom with greater pay will always trump that.

I guess there is a threshold where business trumps relationships but I don't think I am close to that level yet.

Trumps pro business stance may prolong them from happening, or some of his extremely ill-conceived policies may bring them quicker - too hard to tell right now. 

Still in talks to get it changed and the closing is on Friday...Who is on the deed trumps all.
