Background is in Mechanical Engineer background where I have been working in the Oil &  Gas sector all my life.

The city of Richardson is the home for the Texas "Telecom Corridor" and boasts impressive job growth in a number of sectors with State Farm currently building an uber headquarters there. 

It's intent it to encourage private sector investors, improve entertainment, eateries, and foot/bike travel.

Living in the suburbs of DC, all of the private sector jobs spend most of their time fighting over government contracts.

I chose Indianapolis for the following reasons: 1) Diverse employment sectors (healthcare, government, technology, and many others).2) Strong population growth (Indianapolis population metro area grew about 10% since 2010)3) Reasonable price and decent cash flow.

It will be fine, there's a big financial, medical, business and manufacturing sector that operates outside of O&G. 

Though this pandemic has interrupted other business sectors, Real Estate in the Columbus and Cincy areas where I'm investing haven't halted in terms of selling and closing on larger deals. 

By focusing on a sector or strategy, you can prioritize and organize the reporting so the reader doesn't have to work so hard finding what is important plus you could get this down to a size the reader could actually consume. 

Just about every sector in the commercial arena is down, with hotels and retail properties really taking a hit.

As a new agent, I am looking for counsel and suggestions on which Managing Broker to join in order to enhance my education and progression in the real estate sector.
