That's what "my" felon tenant had and why he seemed to have no problem subletting to a drug dealer (without my permission, of course).

I just came across this last week, and got permission from them to share. 

Tenant may not repair or cause to be repaired any condition, regardless of the cause, without Landlord’s permission.

They only access the property with the permission of the tenant.

All they are required to do is give the LL a 30-day NOTICE (not a request for permission - literally, just TELL you what they are going to do in the home).

Now if I had a high(er) quality production video that I viewed as a buyer and the property was freshly rehabbed, pretty, turn-key, etc. then I would probably ask for permission to use it.
