This is the only time I used a % as an estimate, at the beginning in the purchase analysis, after acquiring any property it got an inspection.If you have personal property involved, you can get an idea of replacement times from warranties, the dealers and determine the usage or hours the property is consumed.

In my opinion, allowing them to stay during the process is not a good idea.There will be no kitchen sink usage (drain will be cut off).The toilet may be removed to allow room to operate.The wall above the bath tub will be opened with tiles removed (no shower).There will be carpenters, plumbers, myself, helpers, coming in and out.We may run into some unforseen situations that may require plan B, plan C scenerios.She has two cats.

The data interpretation would be useful in a few ways I would imagine.For example, analyzing traffic and usage patterns for vehicles and common usage areas would be good to determine the anticipated lifetime of the asphalt parking lot and if sidewalks or walking paths are not being used and why.
