The lead source that my company has purchased for the LO's in our office has been pretty fruitful for me, not really our other LO's, but I assume that is because I am better on the phone then they are.

got the LSI idea from Google to handle the text fields, and copied a weather map output to delineate the geographical boundaries that make it all work but no way to test it without more code writing skills and computing power than I can muster at present so anybody know a good code writer cause I think I can get to a set up with enough juice to grind it and see if it works.

My husband and I are at a point in our lives where we're living very comfortably and saving decently for retirement, while enjoying some fruits of our labor.  

I would propose there are a few factors when considering this decision:1) Most RE agent licensing will only scratch the surface of RE law, so the education you do get during your studies may not prove fruitful in acquiring or investing in RE 2) You have to compare the costs of the license and to maintain it every year to what you would actually save or make in commissions3) Make sure the broker you plan to work with is friendly to investors, they have a vested interest in their agents to get listings and do traditional deals, I know a few agents who don't quite fit in at their offices, I've heard Keller Williams in general is the most investor friendly. 

There are still many good deals to be found in Fresno - you just have to be willing to  get creative about how you find them - all the low hanging fruit is gone.

It might be in 6 months or 2 years but I promise that if you put in the work you'll be able to obtain the low hanging fruit sooner than later.

Last time I talked to Joe, things were beyond ugly.Aside from the cautionary tale, this is yet another way that real estate just keeps on providing fruit from my labor.

Does she know which termite companies are legitimate and which ones will lie to you or do a half-a$$ job (it's real easy for a termite inspector to tell you that there are bugs when actually there are not, and it's real easy for them to treat the house with a watered-down juice)?

More work involved... more issues to resolve... interesting situations to navigate.Sounds like you found title companies that prefer the low hanging fruit.
