Unless they don't pay and or trash the place.There is no exact science to this.  

Simple (this isn't rocket science, although many try to make it so).  

There is a science to it that takes into account a dozen too several dozen factors.

REI is an art, not a science. 

I always found it fascinating that individuals do not want to pay for real estate instruction. 30 to 40k is ridicilious for a 4 day program.

A little bit about me - I graduated summa cum laude in 2020 from Tufts University with a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Economics, and minors in Mathematics and Food Systems.

I know a decent amount about agriculture as per my degree in environmental science and my full time pursuit as president of a precision agriculture company.  

Even this article calls it "more art than science".Having an engineering background, I was never comfortable with "more art than science".  

I've always been fascinated by how people start and then how far they go.
