To the extent permitted under this Agreement, each Co-owner hereby makes, constitutes, and appoints ____, a principal of _________, the property manager of the Property, with full power of substitution and re-substitution, his true and lawful attorney-in-fact for him/her and in his/her name, place and stead and for his/her use and benefit to sign, execute, certify, acknowledge, file and record all instruments that may be appropriate in connection with this Agreement and the Property, including without limitation, leases, amendments and documents relating to the leasing activities of the Property.

They're not acknowledging the huge increase in rental revenue that house now brings in.
