It took me a few false starts to figure out the right model!

I think this is absurd.

I managed to find a few legit ones but for every 1 legit it seems there are 3 false ones.  

Invest instead and don’t be like everyone with a false sense of security who hope and pray that their home is their biggest asset.

This seems like an absurdly long time and I'm wondering how people get around this.

My opinion- If the Chicago website cites code violations then the seller's comment that the property has been inspected by the city & no one had issues is false.

Giving false or misleading information as a justification for financial gain is fraud and is predatory dealing.

Verify the name against the Date of Birth, so you eliminate the false matches.

This value is skewed by the rent controls in Ontario (which is why rental-only buildings are rarely built anymore).The agent told me I could "have it" at $770K, but that price is absurd.
