If you give a mouse a cookie, he will soon ask for a glass of milk.Then he'll request a straw to drink the milk, and a mirror to help avoid a milk mustache.Then he'll ask for a for a pair of scissors to trim his mustache in the mirror, and a broom to sweep up his mustache trimmings.Next he'll want to take a nap, have a story read to him, draw a picture, and then hang the picture on the refrigerator. 

We were to close two days ago, all conditions had been met, walk throughs performed, and at 4:30pm the day of closing the agent submitted a Notice to Cure of a trim piece on a door that the painter missed from two weeks ago or they wouldn't close.

(I also know very little about construction in comparison to my guy..its tough to run the job when you have no clue what you are talking about)the thing is, we have a few hourly guys that do the general carpentry/misc odds and ends..trim, doors, windows when necessary, tile..i like having a few guys like that..im sure using subs on everything is quicker and cleaner but these guys work well and are relatively inexpensive for what they can do.

So that's laying out floor protection, doing trim, doing ceilings and wall (2 coats), and cleanup in 4 hours?

I don't feel like painting, trimming, caulking, finishing, or any other aspect of the business.

You really do the concrete, framing, flooring, cabinets, trim, drywall, paint, landscaping, etc??

Do walls, ceilings, trim have to be removed and replaced?  

The trim along the floor in most of the rooms has mold as well as extensively on the kitchen cupboards.  

For exteriors: Miller/Exterior/Acri-Lite/Velvet for the body and Miller/Exterior/Acri-Lite/Satin for the trim.
