Although it has not gotten a lot of people posting things on their site yet you areable to share your AD post with over 192 different social network outlets with just a click of your mouse.I personally did not know there were that many networks so crazy good.

Also, after the fact, I realized there were some places where I could have moved / added electrical outlets / tv outlets.  

.~ I always have an empty unit re-switched/re-plugged with the modern looking square outlets/switches.

Unit is in fair shape, but missing closet doors and electrical lines (for example, the bedroom doesn't have a light switch or an overhead outlet).

There's a triplex on the MLS one street over from one of my properties and it has two prong outlets for every outlet that I saw.

We are trying to find an outlet or an option for these that works...

I could add a new separate switch outlet which would meet code but is less than ideal.

Keep in mind that not all mold is actually toxic and/or dangerous.I had tenants worried about "mold" that oddly appeared around a thermostat and the outlet below. 

But my excitement quickly turned to horror as: Unknown property conditions of 2 occupied unitsOlder, possibly original, electrical wiring that needed updating immediately (vacant unit had 1 electric outlet per room)Seller is deceased, estate now held by sister who lives in New York, who has never visited buildingPossible water/roof damage as warping and thick cracks appeared in stairwells/wallsOlder, leaking windows Questionable plumbingBIGGEST DEAL KILLER: EXPOSED ASBESTOS WRAPPED AROUND ALL PIPES IN BASEMENT!!!!
