So in the future if I use another property management company, do you suggest that I insist that my name be on the trust account or would it be better if I have my own trust account set up so that all monies coming in and out come directly to me?

Lastly, I had planned to buy under my LLC….However, the foreign national program insists that the property must be bought in my personal name….However, it was pointed out to me that after the deal closes the title could be transferred to my LLC with no problems…Can anyhow comment on this?

I have no motivation in saying that as others may insist new investors start there.Not only do you need to know the market, you need to know labor and material costs, understand time frames and holding costs, contractor issues, construction lending/financing, lien waivers, unique insurance policies, marketing prior to work being completed and retailing or wholesaling techniques.Seems like @J.
