@Jehanzeb Beg you don't need anything fancy here.

I guess folks who toured were supposed to be impressed with this guy.Sometimes what allows a flipper to get away with this stuff is that often the buyers are blinded by the "bling" (fancy lighting, fancy faucets, staging, etc.) without crawling under the house or checking out the attic.  

its not fancy, or elaborate, but it makes both recording expenses easy and tax time easy and is the perfect blend of sophistication and ease for where my business, with that property is currently at today.
