And if he doesn't give you a key or cooperates to let you in, you can enter the home however you see fit at the appropriate day/timeframe. 

And of course you have mixed messages in the metro area. the cities are bound by metro politics were they want density at all costs.. so saving one tree does not help with density.I think Metro has done a nice job balancing it. they bought mt. tabor..and turned it into a park ( that's fine) If you have been up on Cooper mtn. there is that great park up there. 

It's my experience most tenant's, especially the ones who pay their last month's rent, want their S/D back, so hopefully they will cooperate.

Or at least use the threat of notifying as leverage to get them to cooperate and move out.
